Rental prices
Prices for a group of up to 6 People
NB: Prices may be subject to change at the advertiser’s discretion.
The above rates are fully inclusive of rental, electricity, Wi-fi internet, Linen and final cleaning.
We require 30% of the rental to be paid on confirmation of the booking and the balance of 70% plus a breakage deposit of £150 to be be paid four weeks before the rental start. The breakage deposit will be held until 4 weeks after the end of the rental and will be refunded less any damages.
The maximum number allowed in the Villa is six people. if your party is larger than six then please enquire as the Villa next door which sleeps 8 may also be available.
